Privacy Policy

This site is operated by TMG Events SRL ("TMG", "we"), based at Str. Columna 113, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. TMG is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy or data-protection question, write to us at events@tmg.md.

We only collect personal data when you submit it yourself, directly, through a form on the site: name, email, phone and organization (contact form), or the same fields plus event details — type, date, languages, number of participants, services needed ("Request a quote" form).

Aggregated visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are anonymous, with no individual identification, and use no cookies. Separately, the site may use measurement and advertising cookies (Google Ads) — only with your explicit consent, given through the cookie banner. See the "Cookies" section below.

The site uses measurement/advertising cookies (Google Ads, via Google gtag.js) only if you choose "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit. If you choose "Decline", these cookies are not loaded, and your choice is remembered for future visits.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings (cookies/local storage) — the consent banner will appear again on your next visit.

We process data submitted through forms on the basis of the explicit consent given by checking the consent box on submission, and measurement/advertising cookies on the basis of consent given through the cookie banner — in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use the data you submit through forms solely to respond to your request — to contact you, prepare a quote, or discuss your event's details. We do not use this data for marketing purposes and do not send you commercial communications without your separate, explicit consent.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We share it strictly with the service providers necessary to run the site — hosting (Cloudflare), delivery of form-generated emails (Resend) and, only if you accepted cookies, advertising traffic measurement (Google Ads/Google LLC) — who process the data solely on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, for the purposes described above.

These providers may process data on servers located outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and the United States. We ensure that any such transfers only take place to providers offering appropriate data-protection safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses).

We keep correspondence resulting from forms for as long as it remains relevant to our relationship with you (for example, while preparing a quote and through your event), after which we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to retain certain records for longer (for example, accounting documents).

Under the GDPR and Moldovan law, you have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at events@tmg.md and we will respond as soon as possible.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Republic of Moldova, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (www.datepersonale.md), or, if you reside in the European Union, with the data protection authority in your country.
